3.2.1 Administrative Controls I UUit d
Provide an 'mplementation schedule for changes '.o procedures identified in JCP&L letters of April 7,1978 and September 22, 1978 concerning administrative controls.
3.2.2 Raddaste Fires The radwaste facility evaluation provided by letter of April 7,1978 indicates that solid wastes are stored in drums, but that there is an accumulation of combustible contaminateo material waiting to be compacted.
Provida the results of an evaluation in terms of off-site releases for a fire that consumes these combustibles.
3 2.3 Fire Barrier Penetrations The JCP&L letter of August 1,1978 provides an analysis a.
of fire barrier penetration protection.
Certain electrical cable penetration seals are to be upgraded to a 3-hoce fire rating.
Identify the construction of the new or modified cable penetration fire seals, and provide the results of tests to demonstrate the rating of these seals.

The above analysis indicates that the doors to the control room are being upgraded for security purposes, bJt will not be 3-ho r fi re ra ted doors.
