Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan
Dear Sir:
Alabama Power Company hereby submits a security personnel training and qualification plan for the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant as required by 10 CFR 73.55(B)(4).
The plan is intended to meet the criteria established by Appendix B of 10 CFR Part 73.
We request that this information be maintained as proprietary and with-held f rom public disclosure pursuant to Section 9.5(a)(4) of 10 CFR Part 9 and Section 2.790(d) of 10 CFR Part 2, since it contains information per-taining to Farley Nuclear Plant Physical Security.
This item is considered to be Class III according to 10 CFR Part 170.
A check for $4,000.00 is enclosed to cover the required fee.
