In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between our.agencies, on March 5, 2019, I requested that you review the French Certificate of Approval No. F/357 /B(U)-96 (Revision Eah), for the TN-MTR package and make a recommendation concerning our revalidation of the package for import and export use for contents consisting of a radioisotopic thermal generator (RTG) of type Gisete 4, Gisete 5, or Gisete 8 (Docket No. 71-3052, EPID L-2019-LLA-0044).
By letter of May 8, 2019 you requested supplemental information to perform your technical review. Attached is the information provided by our applicant, TN Americas, in response to your request.
