Exelon/Nine Mile Point Unit I Event Report 53998 Hi Jill, Aren't the Unit I Turbine Bypass valves (to the main condenser) supposed to be able to take a turbine trip to about 45% (without causing a reactor scram)? What happened, the reactor power is given as only 21%?
