APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO THE MODEL NO. MAGNASTOR STORAGE CASK - REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Dear Mr. Fowler:
By letter dated September 12, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML18257A079), as supplemented on November 11, 2018 (ADAMS Accession No. ML18331A180), NAC International (NAC) submitted an application in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 72 for Amendment No. 8 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1031 for the Model No. MAGNASTOR storage system requesting deletion of Technical Specification No. A5.6.
In connection with our review, we need the information identified in the enclosures to this letter.
The request for additional information (RAI) requested in this letter should be submitted in the form of revised safety analysis report pages. Please provide your response within 2 months from the date of this letter.
Please reference Docket No. 72-1031 and Enterprise Project Identifier (EPID) No.
