Company Name Change and Request for Termination of License SNM-2015 In accordance with 10CFR30.36(d)(2), 40.42(d)(2), and 70.38(d)(2), Orano USA LLC, formerly AREVA Nuclear Materials, LLC., requests termination of License SNM-2015 for the Eagle Rock Enrichment Facility.
The facility as described in the licensing documents listed in License Condition 10 has not been constructed; therefore, no physical or principal activities authorized by the License have been conducted at the facility site located in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
The decision has been made that the facility will not be constructed and therefore the License should be terminated.
Please note, that earlier this year, as a result of a rebranding, AREY A Nuclear Materials LLC changed its name to Orano USA LLC. If you have any questions or require additional information please contact Mr. James Kay, Licensing Manager at 202-969-3241.
