Amendment Request for License SNM-2015 -Administrative Change In accordance with 10CFR70.34, Orano USA LLC, formerly AREVA Nuclear
- Materials, LLC., requests amendment of License SNM-2015 for the Eagle Rock Enrichment Facility. This change is necessary to support completion of the process to terminate License SNM-2015 (see Orano Letter to NRC, dated May 14, 2018).
License SNM-2015 was recently updated to Amendment 4 and was issued following NRC consent for the indirect transfer of control of License SNM-2015 and named AREVA Nuclear Materials as the licensee (see NRC Letter to ANM, dated April 9, 2018). All other conditions of the license remained the same (including the address in Condition #2).
Therefore, Orano u;sA LLC requests the address in License Condition #2 be changed to:
1155 F Street, NW Suite 800 Washington, DC 20004 This change is administrative in nature. This address is the current Corporate address as the previous Rockville office was closed.
An environmental review of the proposed action is not necessary because, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(10)(v), administrative changes to license amendments are categorically excluded from the requirement to perform an environmental review.
