Pursuant to the telecon between Mr. K. Landis of your staff and Mr. E. R.
Smith, Jr. of VEPCO, this letter is being provided to request extension of the reply date from February 4, 1982 until February 12, 1982.
This is being requested to allow further review of the matters involved and more concisely define the corrective actions necessary.
