Pursuant to the telecon between Mr. G. A. Belisle and Mr. J, W. Martin, Jr. on September 9, 1981 concerning Violation I of I.E. Inspection Report Nos.

50-281/81-15 and 50-281/81-15, both areas mentioned (records and document control) at the Company General offices will be audited prior to December 31, 1981.
