1. Description of Event:

While performing Periodic Test 22.2, which is. des.igned to prove the operability of the diesel fuel oil transfer pumps., it was. found that the circuit breaker for 1-EE-P-lF was open. This is contrary to Technical Specification 3.16.AiS and_is Reportable *as per Technical Specification 6.6.2.b. (2).

2. Probable Consequences and Status of Redundant Systems:

The alternate_ flow path through 1-EE-P-lC was operable and capable of supplying fuel oil to #3 emergency diesel day tank. The health and safety of the public were not affected.

3. Cause:

The breaker was inadvertently opened by personnel working in the vicinity of the motor control center.

4. Irmnediate Corrective Action:

Reclosed the circuit breaker and tested the pump as per Periodic Test 22.2.

5. Subsequent Corrective Action:

6. Action Taken to Prevent Recurrence:

None Required
