1.

Description of Event

While performing Periodic Test 22.2, which is. des.igned to prove the operability of the diesel fuel oil transfer pumps., it was. found that the circuit breaker for 1-EE-P-lF was open.

This is contrary to Technical Specification 3.16.AiS and_is Reportable *as per Technical Specification 6.6.2.b. (2).

2.

Probable Consequences and Status of Redundant Systems:

The alternate_ flow path through 1-EE-P-lC was operable and capable of supplying fuel oil to #3 emergency diesel day tank.

The health and safety of the public were not affected.

3.

Cause

The breaker was inadvertently opened by personnel working in the vicinity of the motor control center.

4.

Irmnediate Corrective Action:

Reclosed the circuit breaker and tested the pump as per Periodic Test 22.2.

5.

Subsequent Corrective Action:
