- This letter refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. Ralph Paol-ino
of this office on January 8-12, 1990 at Salem Units 1&2, Lower Alloways Township,
New Jersey of activities authorized by NRC License Nos. DPR-70 and DPR-75.
Mr. Paolino d{scussed the findings of the inspection with Mr. L. A. Reiter a~d
other members of your staff at the conclusion of _the inspection.
Areas* examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations-of procedures and representative
records, interviews with pP.rsonnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
