REACTOR HEAD VENTS CORRECTION LETTER (TAC NOS. 71097/71098)

RE:

SALEM GENERATING STATION, UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 By letter dated August 28, 1989, we issued Amendment Nos. 101 and 78 to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-70 and DPR-75 for the Salem Nuclear Generating Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, respectively. Through an oversight the Technical Specification pages containing the Bases for the Reactor Head Vents were not included in the amendment.

They were addressed in the safety evaluation and were inadvertently omitted from the amendment.

The enclosed pages should be inserted into the Technical Specifications as follows:
