SALEM GENERATING STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 By letter dated February 22, 1988, and supplemented on October 3, 1988, you submitted a request for exemption from the requirements of 10 CFR 20, Appendix A, footnote d-2(c).
However, your staff subsequently informed the NRC during a telephone conference that the exemption request is no longer required. Therefore, your exemption request is considered to have been withdrawn.
If this information is not correct, please notify the NRC of your intended actions within 10 days of receipt of this letter.
