Subject: Combined Inspection 50-272/80-34 and 50-311/80-23
This refers to your* letter dated February 27, 1981, in response to our
letter dated February 3, 1981 *
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions
documented in your letter. These actions will be. examined during a
future inspection of your licensed program.
In addition, it is our understanding based on a telephone conversation
between Mr. T. Vannoy of your staff and Mr. J. Kattan of this office on
March 9, 1981, that *in order to avoid further violations, particular
attention will be given to the requirement of Procedure PD-3.9.017 which
requires that the chemistry QC logs be reviewed by the Senior Supervisor,
Chemistry.
If our understanding of the above is not correct, please notify this office
in writing within five (5) days of receipt of this letter.
