APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Public Service Electric and Gas Company Docket No. 50-272 Based on the res~l ts of the NRC inspection conducted on April 22-25, 1_980, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with conditions of your Facility License No. DPR-70 as indicated below.
This item is a deficiency.
10 CFR 50 Appendix. J, V. B. requires that a licensee submit a technical summary report to the NRC approximately three months after the conduct of each Type A periodic test. The report is required to contain a summary analysis of all Type B and C local leak rate tests performed since the last Type A test.*
Contrary to the above, the 1 i censee did not submit a report within the approximately three. month time period requirement. The Type A test was completed on August 13,. 1979 and the Reactor Containment Integrated Leakage Rate Test Report was submitted to the NRC on March 31, 1980.
Further the technical summary report did not include all Type C local leak rate tests perfo.rmed.
One example of a summary analysis not included was a special test of valve 1SS107 performed on May 11, 1978
