Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented

in your letter.

We u*nderstand, based on discuss ions between Mr. Midura of

your staff and Mr. Rekito of this office on April 25, 1980 and June 23, 1980,

that in addition you will provide omitted local leak rate test data to the

NRC as an addendum to the technical summary report. These actions will be

examined duri_ng a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
