- NOTICE OF VIOLATION Public Service Electric & Gas Co.
Docket No. 50-272 Based:upon the results of an NRC inspection conducted May 24-25 and May 30-31, 1979, it appears that one of your activities was not con-ducted in full compliance with conditions of your NRC Facility License
- No. DPR-70 as indicated below.
This item is a Deficiency.
10 CFR 55, Appendix A, states, in* part: "Records of the requalification
. program shall be maintained *.* to document the participation of each licensed operator and senior operator in the requalification program."
Salem Generating Station Training Procedure 10, NRC Licensed Operator Requalification Program, states, in part:
"A training folder will be maintained by the training staff for each licensed operator for the life of his license.
The folder will contain: *.. (8) Qualification Card for Overa 11 Pl ant Operating_ and Emergency Instructions *..
11 Contrary to the above, although the Requalification Log shows appropriate operating and emergency instruction training and simulation was conducted fo 1978, none of the selected individual operators* training folders reviewed contained the aforementioned Qualification Cards for the year 1978, as required by TP-10 to implement the provisions of 10 CFR 55, Appendix A, paragraph 5.
