SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE FOR NOVEMBER 1993 Initial criticality for Cycle 11 was attained on November 3, 1993 at 1109.

The generator went on-line November 5, at 0432, but went off-line at 0731 to repair an EHC leak on November 5, 1993.

Return to power took place at 0944 on November 6-, 1993.

On November 6, the turbine was taken off-line at 2105 to perform overspeed trip testing.

The test failed, repairs were made, and the turbine was returned to service November 8, at 0534.

At 1419, the turbine was taken off-1 ine, the overspeed test was reperformed staisfactorily and the turbine was back on-line at 1705.

The outage officially ended at this time.

November 12 at 1115, commenced emergency power reduction as a result of an attempt to repair an electro~hydraulic fluid leak.

At 1117, stabilized at 62%

power.

On November 13, 0258 power escalation began.

Full power was reached by approximately 2030 on November 13 and continued for the remainder of the month.
