On September 22, 1989, Consumers Power Company submitted a revised proposed Technical Specification Change regarding Variable Low Pressure Overpressure Protection~
Attach~ent I to that submittal contains proposed Technical Specification pages.
Proposed pages 3-9, 3-10 and 3-11 which contain proposed Palisades Pressure and Temperature Limits for Heatup, Cooldown and Hydro were inadvertently omitted from Attachment I, Since Attachment II; to our September 22, 1989 letter, contains existing Technical Specifications pages marked up with the proposed changes and includes proposed pages*3-9, *3-10 and 3-11, no new information concerning proposed changes to the T~chnical Specifications is transmitted herein.
