Monthly average limitation of 15 mg/l for oil and gr~**

Description of Incident:
For the month of October,- five samples were collected with a daily average of 21.9 mg/L
- 4.
Apparent Cause:
The problem was apparently caused by a failure of the oil separator 6r improper operation.

Corrective Action ~ The follo~ing corrective action was taken or will be taken to re9uce, eliminate and prevent recurrence:
The separator was restored to proper operation and subsequent analysis shows results in the 1-10 mg/l range after 11/1/79.
