Submittal of 2017 Byron Initial License Examination Post-Examination Comments Byron has no post exam comments for the 201 7 Byron Initial License Examination administered December4to December 14, 2017.

In accordance with ES-501, Section C.1.b, the following material was hand delivered to Michael Bielby, Chief Examiner at Region Ill offices on December 21 2017:

. Graded written examinations including each applicants original answer and examination cover sheets plus a clean copy of each applicants answer sheet prior to grading

. The signed applicants exam cover sheets

. The master written examination(s) and answer key(s)

. Applicant questions and proctor responses during the written examination

. Wriffen examination seating chart

. The results of the performance analysis that was performed for the written examination Forms ES-201-3, Examination Security Agreement, with Pre- and Post-examination signatures will be delivered as soon as all the Post-examination signatures have been collected and within 20 calendar days of exam administration.

LTR: BYRON 2017-0127 April 1, 2016 Cynthia D. Pederson Page 2 Per our discussion with Michael Bielby, we request the NRC withhold public disclosure of the exam in ADAMS for 2 years so we can have the exam available for internal use.

Additionally, we request RO Admin JPM RA-4, ACTIVATE EVERBRIDGENOTIFICATION, along with the associated procedure EPA 17-001 ERO NOTIFICATION OR AUGMENTATION TRAINING USE be withheld from public disclosure because it contains proprietary information.
