DEFICIENCY I. Description of'eficienc The potential-reportable deficiency was discovered during an audit of our nuclear steam supply system Vendor during the week of March 24, 1980.
The'potential deficiency concerns the. qualification of electrical equipment supplied by the. nuclear steam supply system Vendor.

To prevent the recurrence of not being able to retrieve documentation in a, timely manner, the nuclear steam supply system Vendor's guality Assurance Program is being modified to cross-reference qualification records and vendor-supplied documentation.

Corrective Action Request 0041 Corrective Action Request 0041 resulting from the audit indicated that no environmental or seismic qualification documentation was found for a conductivity element and level transmitter.
