NIAGARAMOHAWKPOWER CORPORATION NINE MILEPOINT NUCLEAR STATION UNIT¹1 NARRATIVEOF OPERATING EXPERIENCE The station operated during the month of April 1997 with a Unit AvailabilityFactor of 0.0%

and a Net Design Electrical Capacity Factor of 0.0%.

There were no challenges to the Electromatic Relief Valves.

Reductions in Capacity Factor were due to a scheduled 35 day refuel outage.

The outage was extended to perform inspections and modify tie rods for the core shroud.

The outage is still ongoing.
