Identification and Desc~ri tion'of Occurrence:

During SI Testing PS-3-74 A & B and PS-68-95 did not actuate at the correct setpoint.

Actual trip points: PS-3-74A SWIPl = 227.0 PSI, SWN2 = 444 PSI (TS limits SWgl = 243.57

+/- 15 PSI, SW82 = 463.57 +/- 15 PSI): PS-3-74B SWIPl = 215.0 PSI, SW82 = 478.0 PSI (TS limit SW81 = 243.57 +/- 15 PSI, SWN'2 = 463.57 +/- PSI): PS-68-95 SW81= 207PSI, SWIP2 = 432.5 PSI (TS limit SW81 = 234.3 +/- 15 PSI, SWN'2 = 454.3 +/- 15 PSI).

Instruments were recalibrated immediately. No shutdown action was required.

l Apparent Cause of Occurrence:

Instrument drift.

Analysis of Occurrence:

There was no damage to plant equipment. There was no activity release, no personnel exposure or injury and no danger to. health or safety of the public.

Corrective Action; Ihstruments were readjusted. An increased monitoring for 1 week was xnxÃzafe~The Barksdale switch was replaced after has been approved to change the system to an analog system.
