TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 3 DOCKET NO. 50-296 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCtJRRENCE REPORT BFRO-50-296/7833 The enclosed report provides details concerning the total, as found, leakage from 35 isolation valves which terminate below the suppression pool water level which exceeded the inventory restriction of 20,781 cubic feet per 30 days during refueling while surveillance testing.

This report is submitted in accordance with Browns Ferry unit 3, technical specification 6.7.2.A.6.
