inspection,

findings

inspection report.

examined
during the inspection
are identified in the report.

the
inspection
consisted
of selective
examinations
of procedures
and
representative
records,
interviews with personnel,
and observation of activities
in progress.
The inspection
findings indicate that certain activities violated
NRC require-
ments.
