SUMMARY
Harris Unit 1
operated at a 48.71 percent Availability Factor for the referenced month and a 47.39 percent Capacity Factor.
There were two events and one refueling outage.
Details are provided on the Unit Shutdowns and Power Reduction Sheets.
There are 157 fuel assemblies in the reactor
- vessel, 438 spent fuel assemblies, and 60 new fuel assemblies stored in the Spent Fuel Pools.
306 of the spent fuel assemblies are BWR and were shipped to Harris from CP&L's Brunswick Plant.
Twenty eight of the spent fuel assemblies are from CP&L's Robinson Plant.

Cause II, Corrective Action to Prevent Recurrence 91-004 910305 0.0 91-002 INSTRU Reduced power to approximately 405 due to a failed test of the A Reactor Coolant Pump underfrequency trip device.
The cause was found to be disconnected cables to the A II C Reactor Coolant pump breakers.
The cables were reconnecied and a test of the System was performed satisfactorily.
Unit was then returned to 1005 power.
