Action to Prevent Recurrence 88-019 881014 41,38 88-028 HH INSTRU Manual reactor trip from 14/ power due to loss of normal feedwater, The operating IB Condensate pump tripped on low discharge pressure due to low level in the condenser hot well and caused an automatic trip of the IB condensate booster pump.
The low hot well was due to a discrepancy between the main control board indicated level and the actual level.
The discrepancy was corrected and the unit was returned to service.

spent fuel pool for storage.
