dated November 13, 1986, Serial:

NLS-86-006 Gentlemen:

CPRL hereby informs you of the completion of the corrective actions for those Human Engineering Discrepancies (HEDs) scheduled for implementation by the end of the first SHNPP refueling outage.

No further HED corrective actions are pending for the SHNPP Control Room Design Review (CRDR) program.

This information is provided as per discussions with Dr. S. N. Saba (NRR-Human Factors Branch) on October 16, 1986 and committed in the above reference.

As previously stated, the disposition and status for those HEDs concerning the Safety Parameter Display System (SPDS) and Emergency Response Facility Information System willbe addressed in our SPDS final summary report.

With this submittal, CPttt:L considers the NUREG-0737, Supplement 1 requirements regarding a CRDR program to have been successfully implemented and completed.

Should you have any questions with regard to this topic, please contact Mr. Arnold Schmich at (919) 836-8759.

Yours very truly, Q'1
