Harris Unit 1 operated at a 94.04 percent Availability Factor for the month of July with a 81.44 percent capacity factor.

There were four load reductions and one offline refueling outage, the refueling outage is in progress.

There are 157 fuel assemblies in the reactor and 52 new fuel assemblies in the Harris Unit 1 spent fuel pool and 0 assemblies in the new fuel pool.

Cause 4 Corrective Action to Prevent Recurrence 88-013 880709 00 N/A VALVOP Turbine Runback to 905 due to the trip of lA Heater Drain Pump.

The pump tripped as a result of a sticking level control valve (LCV) on the 5A heater which caused the failure of a 4A heater LCV~

The 5A LCV was lubricated and a

broken air line on the 4A LCV was repaired.

A plant change request was initiated to install flexible air lines on critical BOP valves to prevent future failures.

Unit was returned to full power.

An investigation revealed I leaking tube.

During the ramp down ihe running mainfeed Pump (IB) tripped on low flow due to a recirc valve failing to open on load decrease.

As a result, both motor driven AFW pumps started as required.
