AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-103 FOR THE SHEARON HARRIS NUCI EAR POWER PLANT Enclosed you will find three signed copies of Amendment No.
3 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-103, which modifies Article I, Paragraph 9, concerning the storage of byproduct material and special nuclear materials at the Shearon Harris site from the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit 2, and the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Units 1 and 2.
