3 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-103, which modifies Article I, Paragraph 9, concerning the storage of byproduct material and special nuclear materials at the Shearon Harris site from the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit 2, and the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Units 1 and 2.

source, special nuclear and byproduct material which (1) is used, was used or will be used in, or is irradiated, was irradiated or will be irradiated by, the nuclear reactor licensed under NPF-63, or (2) was used in, or was irradiated in'he nuclear reactors licensed under DPR-23, DPR-62 and DPR-71 and subsequently is transported to the site of the nuclear reactor licensed under NPF-63 for the purpose of storage, or (3) which is produced as the result of the nuclear reactor licensed under NPF-63.
