Enclosure I includes a summary of the changes made to the TQAR since June 1996.
Enclosure IIcontains marked up versions of the TQAR showing all changes that have been made since the last annual submittal.
Enclosure IIIis the current TQAR including all revisions issued through Revision 52 dated April 30, 1997.
All changes have been reviewed by the FPL Nuclear Assurance Department and it has been concluded that these changes do not reduce the commitments in our program description which has been previously accepted by the NRC. The enclosed information accurately presents changes made since the previous FPL annual TQAR submittal.
Please note that this submittal does not include the proposed changes to the Florida Power 8c Light TQAR (TQR 1.0, Organization) submitted to the NRC on April29, 1997 (FPL letter L 115).
