The NRC staff, with technical assistance from its contractor, the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory-(INEL), has reviewed and evaluated the Turkey Point, Unit Nos.

3 and 4 Third Ten-Year Interval Inservice Inspection (ISI)

Program Plan, Revision 0 and the majority of the associated requests for relief.

You submitted this program plan by letter dated September 9,

1993, and additional information was provided by letter dated'ay 31, 1994.

Table 1

of our Safety Evaluation summarizes the relief requests.

We found no deviations from regulatory requirements or commitments in your Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant, Units 3 and 4, Third Ten-Year Interval ISI Program Plan.

Our Safety Evaluation and the INEL Technical Evaluation Report are enclosed.

M87725 and M87726 remain open pending completion of the remaining reviews.
