TURKEY POINT UNITS 3 AND 4 EVALUATION OF THE THIRD 10-YEAR INTERVAL RE(VEST FOR RELIEF NUMBER 4 (TAC NOS.
H87725 AND M87726)
Dear Hr. Goldberg:
We have reviewed and evaluated the Turkey Point, Unit Nos.
3 and 4, Third Ten-Year Interval Inservice Inspection (ISI) request for relief number 4 which involves inservice inspection of snubbers.
The relief request was submitted by letter dated September 9,
- 1993, and revised by letter dated Hay 8, 1995.
We have determined that your proposed actions are acceptable.
The alternative requirements you proposed in Relief request number 4 are hereby authorized, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.55a(a)(3)(i).
We have determined that the granting of this relief is authorized by law and will not endanger life or property or the common defense and security and is otherwise in the public interest.
Our Safety Evaluation is enclosed.
This completes our review of your Third Ten-Year ISI Program and TAC Nos.
H87725 and H87726 are closed.
