The EDG was manually shutdown.

An investigation revealed that two fuses 5

associated with the 120 VAC su 1

and volta e re ulator transformer had failed open.

The fuses were replaced, and the EDG tested and returned to service within 12 hours1.388889e-4 days <br />0.00333 hours <br />1.984127e-5 weeks <br />4.566e-6 months <br />.

The redundant A EDG was available to supply ESF

~O equipment as discussed in FSAR Section 8.
