In accordance with the criteria established by 10 CFR 50.73 entitled Licensee Event fl i i bi i d.'ER 315/97-011-02, "Operation Outside Design Bases for ECCS and Containment Spray Pumps for Switchover to Recirculation Sump Suction".

This LER provides additional information relative to a different condition found to affect the accuracy of the RWST instrumentation. All changed passages are marginally marked.

The following outstanding commitment was identified in this revision:

~ Review Emergency Operating Procedure footnote values to identify the design basis for the value, and ensure the value is consistent with the plant design basis.

The following new commitments have been identified in this revision:

~ Implement a design change to increase the venting capability of the RWST.

~ Re-evaluate the safety significance, combining information from the original condition with the new information regarding the additional water that is not transferred from the RWST to the containment recirculation sump.
