The purpose of this letter is to withdraw our request to consider the calculations proprietary.
Calculation ENSM970919AF included pages marked as. proprietary by Westinghouse Electric Corporation.

Dear Mr. Fe(iiciano:
Per your request, Westinghouse provided a copy of a cover page and selected pages from calculation SAE/FSE-C-AEP/AMP-0102, 'Cooldown Runs to Support Startup, 9/16/97.
The selected pages from the calculation contain computer code input and output which include Component Cooling Water (CCW) temperatures entering the CCW pump and heat exchanger.
These temperatures were provided as input to AEP's calculation to determine CCW pump Net Positive Suction Mead (NPSH).
The calculation, with the selected pages from the Westinghouse calculation, will be docketed with the NRC which willthen become accessible to the general public.
It was requested that Westinghouse confirm that the selected pages from the Westinghouse calculation could also be released as part of AEP's calculation.
Westinghouse has determined that the selected pages do not include sensitive information, and would not violate criteria for proprietary information.
Therefore, Westinghouse grants permission for AEP to release the Westinghouse information supplied in support of the AEP NPSM calculations.
