Cook Nuclear Plant Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.10, the attached Monthly Operating Report for the month of October 1993 is submitted.
Also attached are revised copies of the December 1991 and December 1992 Operating Data Reports.
These revisions reflect updated YTD and Cumulative UCF's, "Unit Capacity Factor (MDC Net)
Item 21", using a constant year round value for Maximum Dependable Capacity (MDC).
The UCF's were previously calculated using seasonally adjusted MDC values.
