1992 1 of 1 MONTHLY OPERATING ACTIVITIES AUGUST 1992 HIGHLIGHTS The unit entered this reporting period with the RCS in Mode 3

preparing for cooldown to Mode 5 for corrective maintenance on the pressurizer steam space manway in parallel with the disassembly and inspection of the "C" low pressure turbine and the inspection of the main generator.

The unit ended the reporting period in Mode 2 with the reactor critical and reactor power being maintained as required to support the turbine generator vibration evaluation and balancing efforts.

There were no challenges to the pressurizer safety valves or power operated relief valves.

Gross electrical generation for the month of August was 0
