BY letter dated May 16, 1989 (AEP:NRC:1083A) and July 27, 1989 (AEP:NRC: 1083B), Indiana Michigan Power Company responded to Bulletin 88-10 for Donald C.
Cook Units 1 and 2, respectively.
As a result of Supplement 1
to Bulletin 88-10, corrections to your original response were 'forwarded by letter dated November 6, 1989 (AEP:NRC: 1083E).
In your responses, you confirmed that activities required to address the issue of substandard molded-case circuit breakers as discussed in Bulletin 88-10 would be performed on an acceptable schedule.
The staff understands that all actions are to have been completed by this time.
A detailed technical review of your response has not been performed;
- however, the area may be subject to inspection at a later da'te.
If a subsequent inspection identifies deficiencies in your actions or responses, this issue will be reopened.
At present, the staff considers your response to Bulletin 88-10 and Supplement 1 to Bulletin 88-10 to be complete.
