C. 20555 Re: St. Lucie Unit 1 Docket No. 50-335 Final Safety Analysis Report Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.71(e), Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) has completed its revision to the St. Lucie Unit 1 Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR). The required ten copies of the revision are enclosed.

The enclosed information presents changes made since the previous revision to the UFSAR, necessary to reflect information and analyses submitted to, and approved by, the NRC or prepared pursuant to NRC requirement@. This revision includes activities completed between December 2, 1994, and July 27, 1996.

By FPL letter L-96-152, dated June 11, 1996, FPL advised the NRC of the UFSAR figure consolidation projects underway at FPL's nuclear sites. This revision implements the new figure format for Unit 1.

A brief description and summary of the safety evaluation of plant changes/modifications (PCMs) made during the same period, and reportable pursuant to 10 CFR 50.59, will be submitted under separate cover.
