.ed is a letter from Hegs Hepler of the Federal Emergency Management
'gency (FEHA) dated Hay 13, 1994, transmitting the subject report for the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station.
There were no Deficiencies identified during the May 11-13, 1993, exercise.
However, there were 21 Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) identified during the exercise.
FEHA Region IX staff will coordinate with the State of Arizona to correct the ARCAs on or before the next scheduled biennial exercise.
Please forward a copy of the enclosed FEHA letter and -exercise report to the licensee and request that the licensee follow up with offsite officials on the Areas Requiring Corrective Action.
