Unit 2 Docket No. STN 50-529 Submittal of Revision 1 to Unit 2, Cycle 5, Core Operating Limits Report File: 94-005-41 9.05 94-056-026 Pursuant to PVNGS Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.10, enclosed is a copy of Revision 1 to the Unit 2, Cycle 5, Core Operating Limits Report (COLR). Revision 1 to the Unit 2, Cycle 5, COLR was effective on March 19, 1994.

As required by Specification 6.9.1.10, a copy of the COLR submittal is being forwarded to the NRC Region V Administrator and the Resident Inspector.

Revision 1 to the Unit 2, Cycle 5, COLR modifies the Linear Heat Rate in COLR Section 3.2.1 from 13.5 kW/ftto 13.2 kW/ftas a result of loss-of-coolant accident (LOCA) reanalysis with an increased number of plugged steam generator tubes.
