Revision 1 to the Unit 2, Cycle 5, COLR was effective on March 19, 1994. Revision 1 to the Unit 2, Cycle 5, COLR modifies the Linear Heat Rate in COLR Section 3.2.1 from 13.5 kW/ft to 13.2 kW/ft as a result of loss-of-coolant accident (LOCA) reanalysis with an increased number of plugged steam generator tubes.
