members of your staff on July 21,
1989 and August 30,
1989 (per telecon).
Areas examined during this inspection
are des'cribed
in the enclosed
inspection
report.
Within these
areas,
the inspection consisted of selective
examinations
of procedures
and representative
records,
interviews with
personnel,
and observations
by the inspector.
While no violations or deviations
were identified within the scope of this
inspection,
our inspection
concluded that additional
management
attention is
required to ensure that
NRC identified concerns
are addressed
in a more timely
manner.
In accordance
with 10 CFR 2.790(a),

will be placed in the
NRC Public Document
