This letter is in response to your Petition on behalf of the Coalition f'r Responsible Energy Education, dated December 18, 1984.

The Petition has been considered under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Commission's regulations.

For the reasons stated in the enclosed "Director's Decision Under 10 CFR 2.206,"

the Petition has been denied.

A copy of this decision will be filed with the Secretary for the Commission's review in accordance with 10 CFR 2.206(c).

As provided in 10 CFR 2.206(c),

this decision will become final action of the Commission in 25 days, unless the Commission determines to review the decision within that time.

I have also enclosed a copy of a notice that is being filed with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
