This refers to the fire protection inspection
conducted by Mr. P. gualls of
this office and Mr. P.
Herman of NATLSCO, under contract by this office
between October 22-26 and November 14-16,
1984, of activities authorized by
NRC Construction Permit Number CPPR-141
and to the discussion of our findings
held by the-inspectors
with members of your staff at the conclusion of the
inspection.
Areas
examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed
inspection report.
Within these
areas,
the inspection consisted of selective
examination of procedures
and representative
records,
interviews with
personnel
and observations
by the inspector.
Based
on the results of this inspection there are
two unresolved
items
(see
paragraph
4) that. require resolution with NRR and four open items in
paragraphs
5, 6,
10 and
12 (50-528/84-49-06)
which require actions.
