Based on telephone conversations with Nick Fioravante, of your staff, on October 26 and 29,
- 1984, the Control Room Fire Spurious Actuation Evaluation results (Reference
- 1) and the Outside Control Room Fire Spurious Actuation Study results (Reference
- 2) have been revised.
These revised evaluations are enclosed.
Some of the proposed compensatory measures have been revised as further evaluation has demonstrated the existence of sufficient design margin or alternative methods to preclude spurious actuation consequences.
