By letter dated October 1, 1981, we informed your Company that additional fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 viere due for your application dated July 31, 1981.
The application requested that the Construction Permits for Palo Verde Unit Nos. 1, 2 and 3 be amended to add certain ownership interests.
The $2,800 has not been received by us; therefore, it should be remitted to our office within fifteen days after receipt of this letter.
