STATUS OF GENERIC SAFETY ISSUES AT WASHINGTON NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 (MNP-2) (TAC 75993)

On April 25, 1990, the staff issued Generic Letter 90-04 which requested information concerning the implementation status of certain generic safety issues (GSIs) at your facility.

Based on your response to this Generic Letter, dated June 28, 1990 (G02-90-113),

a review of NRC records and discussions with your staff, we have updated our database on GSI implementation status.

The results of this effort were presented to the Commission at a meeting on October 25, 1990.

Following completion of our review of your September 28, 1990, response to Generic Letter 90-03, we note that all GSIs are implemented at MNP-2.

Me greatly appreciate the assistance you provided in responding to Generic Letter 90-04.

Please contact me if you have any questions or comments regarding the status of the GSIs.
