Enclosed for your use and information is a report that compares the electrical design of the Nine Mile Point Unit 2 wye pattern globe valve presently being installed with the ball valve design.
The report also compares the wye pattern globe valve electrical'design for Unit 2 with the Hanford 2 and River Bend electrical design.
This information was discussed with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff on April 2,
- 1987, and is provided to support review of the wye pattern globe valve design.
For your information, there is no restriction on copying any of the drawings included in this submittal.
